Trying a new cleanse...Garden of Life- 10 Day Cleanse (Vitam

Hi there!

Just wondering if anyone has tried the 10-day cleanse from Garden of Life. I got it and started yesterday and the fiber is making me FULL!

I've done many cleanses like this in the past from GNC but couldn't find the one I normally do so I was wondering if anyone out there has used this product and what their thoughts are.

No adverse effects, no discomfort what so ever. Just 3 pills 30 minutes before dinner, a drink mix 30 minutes after and 3 more pills before bed.

Would love to hear peoples experiences OR about cleanses that they've done and enjoyed in the past. Not looking for anything like the Master Cleanse- while I know it works for some it just isn't what i'm looking for.
