I just put the Sodium option into my Diary & it says me daily goal is 2,500. Is that a generic setting & I'm meant to personalise it? Because that seems like a massive number! & nearly every day I've been under the 1,000 area, is this good? Sorry, just no idea how much sodium is 'good'.
Thanks in advance. :)

I thought the same at first, but a combination of factors changes things- sometimes the correct sodium count ist inputted on here- lots of people confuse the mg with g on the pack, so 0.8 g of sodium is actually 800mg, I look out for this every day- you'll notice it if its put it at 1, as it would round anything from 0.5 up to 1.
I have changed mine to 2000mg, just because i think thats healthier- but if I eat some processed food, or crisps that day then it quickly adds up and I go over.

I was reading an article in a doctors magazine today and they were recommending max 2150mg a day.
