Does anyone have the Gold's Gym cardio workout? I can't figure out where to find the calories burned after a boxing workout!

    I have the golds gym cardio workout for the wii. LOL.. Not sure what dvd you are talking about.

    I've got the Gold's Gym cardio for wii, but I've only used it once and that was months ago.

    I use mine all the time I love it. And my son thinks its a race to see who gets the most points lol. ( the calories)

    I have it and if I remember correctly it tells you after you workout.

    I have this for the Wii, and honestly it really didn't get my heart rate up....it is a fun way to get moving more. Didn't like the balance board exercises...for some reason they did not work very well.

    thanks, I guess I should pay closer attention when I finish a session, deep breathing takes precedence lol...
