Gluten Free Flour

I just saw this recipe posted in the Website Feedback forum, and thought people might want to have it handy. For anyone eating gluten free, it's a recipe for a flour substitute (I don't know how it compares taste-wise, but anything's worth a try):
....here's a great recepie for a flour that you can substitue for all-purpoes flour in most recepies..
2 1/2 cups white rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup potato starch
1/2 cornstarch
2 1/2 tbsp xantham gum
Just substitue it cup for cup in any recepie calling for all-purpose wheat flour and it tastes pretty much the same

I use coconut flour or almond meal as a flour replacement to make gluten free foods.0

However, I do not know if it is a one to one ratio when a recipe calls for regular flour.0
