I was reading oxygen magazine and found this quote
"Get on your bike. Women aged 25 to 42 are nearly half as likely to gain more than five percent of their initial body weight by biking just twice a week, reports a June issue of Archives of Internal Medicine."
I can weight to be wanting to gain muscle more than I want to lose fat.
(im attempting both at the min but the Fat loss is my high priority)
Has anyone managed to loose their fat and is now concentrating on building muscle?
What's your fave exercise for this?
