Question about Smoothies

I had one made at a juice bar this morning, but the database didn't have the specific one that I had made so I just broke it down by ingredients, which I'm hoping is accurate. I don'tknow if the calories change when fruits are blended together. I also was not paying attention when the barista made it so I had to estimate the portions. Iam hoping that you guys will be able to help me out in pinpointing the right amount of calories. Maybe someone has had one of these before and can tell me. So here the ingredients:
.70 of a raw, medium banana
.50 cup of blueberries
.50 cup of raspberries
.60 cup of soymilk

You can "Create a Recipe" in the food tab and you'll have a pretty accurate number. To be on the safe side you might go under in calories today.

I drink a smoothie every day. I make it at home, so I do know the exact measurements of mine. I just made a recipe with the ingredients and I log that every day. Blending the ingredients won't change anything.

Nope. Calories are calories whether they are mixed with other ones or not. Just add the separate ingredients to your diary and you should be good to go.

Sometimes they add a powder mix which can contain lots of sugar, so be careful with that.

I don't think there was any powder mix in mine, but thank you for the warning!
