Breastfeeding Mom

I'm currently breastfeeding my 2 month old son and plan to continue until he's at least a year, so I'm trying to figure out how to set my goals on here to account for that. I read online that a breastfeeding mom should eat around 2500 calories, so I tried reducing it to 2200 on here to lose weight gradually, but it said I would gain 1/2 a pound a week, which isn't truly the case, since breastfeeding requires 300-500 calories a day. For my activity should I say I'm "Active" rather than "Lightly Active"?
How do I account for that on here? Help!
