Hi everyone,

This is my first post. I always use MFP on my phone and didn't realize there was a whole community associated with it until I checked out the website!

I've been overweight my entire life and aside from doing the crazy diet plans which last just a few days I have had two major pushes to lose weight. The first was from Jan 2008 - April 2008. The second is going on now! I started October 2010. It was easy at first, but in the last two months it has gotten really really tough.

So I'm posting a picture hoping it will give me a little inspiration and hopefully give someone out there a little inspiration!

My start weight was 308 (I'm 5 ft 8 in). Now I am 218!
