When I started I could barely do 2 pushups in each set...yesterday I did 137 total. Just push yourself. Tony says "do your best and forget the rest" As for pull ups you can also get bands and use those as well, you put them around the pull up bar. Best of luck!

Hey! I started a modified version on 2-28 (doing exactly half of the videos for the first week and than picking 1 video to do in its entirety for the second week, and now Im on week 3)

And all I can tell you is.... just bring it! Push play ... do your best and forget the rest ... oh and the best advice I have
    laugh at yourself!

Use a pillow when you first start out with the plyometric push-ups. Laughing at yourself and allowing yourself time to grow is a great idea. I looked like a chaulk outline the last time I did plyo push-ups.
