Back on the Wagon

Getting back on the wagon. I fell off it for about a month - due to a combination of work related stress and bad weather - but most of the time I did log in my food, I didn't go over 2,000 calories, and I didn't gain any weight. I guess I should be pleased with myself. I'm back and ready to make a go for the next 20 pounds!
i tell myself I should not be so hard on myself - I did lose 40 pounds and gained none of it back - during the winter months! Springtime is starting around here , and the pounds will start flying off (I always lose weight in the spring).
this is the first time in my life I've ever made any serious efforts to lose weight and while I'm glad it's working, the thought of gaining weight again freaks me out~!
