Hi there just wondering why everyone has different calorie allowances is it because of there personal prefernce? or how much weight they want to lose?

Also, age, gender, current weight, current activity level all affect the calorie recommendation.0

Age, sex, current weight, height, how fast you want to lose, activity levels and then the added on calories from extra exercise.
You have to be careful to put everything in correctly when you are setting your goals or it could be quite out.0
