    WOW, you look amazing! How long did it take you to lose your weight? I need/want to lose about 100 lbs also....I just started the 17-day diet about two weeks ago....I've lost about 14 lbs so far. I'm also taking OxyElite from GNC. How did you lose your weight? Just diet/exercise? Any secrets you can share?

    Thank you! I'ts taken me about a year only because I've taken breaks and have had a few hic-ups along the way. All I've done is counted my calories and I work out. I've taken OxyElite but it gave me headaches and had me feeling heart palpitations. So i quit them after a few weeks. Honestly i lost the same with and without the pills at my weigh-ins. Thats the only time I've taken any pills. I've also given up red meats. I try to eat healthy and thats about it. Oh yeah and lots of water.
