Hi All

I have managed to lose 12lbs so far this year calorie counting, but am really struggling now. The weightloss has stalled for what feels like nearly a month!!

I am at my wits end!!!

    Change things up.. i believe that your body gets use to things. so surprise it and do things different change your routine flip your meals a bit. Try to throw it off a bit and see if that helps.

    Thank you :) i have started walking everyday (weekends up to 3 hours of walking) so i am hoping this helps things a little.

    I don't eat breakfast...i probably should

    I also weigh myself ALL The time which i know is bad...
