thought I'd share a really fast and easy meal or snack:

1/2 cup oats (quick)
1 cup water
microwave about 2-2&1/2 minutes

add some Maple Groves Farms sugar free maple syrup (really yummy) or some sugar free jam (raspberry or strawberry is delicious)

1/4 cup skim milk more or less depends on how you like it

eat and enjoy!
You can add more or less water, depending on how thick or thin you like your oatmeal.
