im new to this site!! would like some tips how to stay motivated

    I am new to this site too. My motivation comes from thinking how great i am going to look and feel. I like making short term goals so i don't feel so pressured. Good luck and hang in there!

    For me, motivation comes in many forms, but right now I feel internally motivated because I am READY. I have read and studied fitness, nutrition and weight loss for 20 years, but I have yet to reach my goal weight/goal physique. Finally, I feel ready to get it and keep it.

    I find checking in on this site daily really, really helps a TON insofar as motivation and also keeping track. I used to write everything down in a Microsoft Word document -- boy, was that a pain! But now MFP tracks calories, fat, water intake, etc., and it has been a huge boost.

    I just ordered Chalean Extreme from Beach Body (and signed up to be a coach so I could get the discount) and I'm hoping that will help. A neighbor of mine was working out with me, and that really helped, but she has had some health issues recently. If you can find a friend to meet up with, that will get you out of bed for sure.   • whats chalean extreme?? and on this site how do u montior yor water in take ?? cuz i try to drink 64 oz a day but the water thing does by glasses so how do u add it up in glasses
