So almost two years a ago I had a baby within ten months I was smaller than what I was before pregnancy and this is the smallest I have ever been. It was last summer when I started getting of track. I would go really good for 2 or 3 weeks and then fall off for a week binge. I am so sick of doing it. i don't know hwo to get back teh motivation from that time after having her. I mean I do but I have just lost motivation. i want to be fit before summer. I weigh 112 27 in waist I would like to have a 25 in waist. I have been working over time not a lot but I have been going in 730am to 5pm but I have to get my daughter ready and to school... I have been exahusted!!! I really want to get back to motivation adn meet my goal before summer. I feel like I am not getting any younger and don't want to be here when I turned 30 you knjow what I mean. If anyone else feels the same way join me and we can email or soemthing each day. let me know!!!!

yep - I know what it feels like to fall off the wagon! With an injury last year coupled with stress at work I gave up a lot of things I love, including the gym, running and cycling.

I put on around 6kg and the alarm bells rang when I woke up to being 81kg and half my pants weren't fitting.

Im back on the wagon now :) This site will help you a lot when you surround yourself with the right people, it means you are accountable for what you eat and in my case I cant bear to be left behind when somebody else posts a big calorie burn - i'm a very competitive person :)

Love to help you on your way with motivation - feel free to friend me :)
