Half way there

Hi everyone, I am half way to my weight loss goal. Its taken me 4 1/2 months to lose 15 lbs but I did it, hopefully it won't take me 4 1/2 months to lose the other 15 lbs. I am so excited I am 5 lbs away from where I was before I got pregnant with my third child & 15 lbs away from where I wanted to be before I got pregnant. Well just wanted to share my good news, hope evryone has a good day

    I started at 150, that was weight I had gained from being pregnant with my third child. The first 2 childern it was easy to lose the weight this time has beenm alot harder. I am pretty active I try to workout 4 -5 times a week but with 3 kids that doesn't always happen. But even whenI'm not woring out I still am up chasing kids aroung & cleaning house.

    What do find that works best for you? I like to mix my work outs up. I get bored with the same stuff. Like yourself, I too work out about 3-4, sometimes 5 times weekly. If I don't make it to the gym, I do sit-ups and push ups at home. I don't see how you do it, with 3 kids, wow! Thats alot of work, on top of trying to lose weight and become fitter!     Did you end up losing the last 15 pounds? It's been more than 10 years any updates? Are you even on MPF still?
