Newbie on this site...well not so much

I've been here for a bit, mostly testing the food splits and how it affects my body.
Turns out, my body does not like carbs that much, or veggies that are not green.

I'll be entering a new stage tomorrow, where I will mostly intake liquid protein, and after 4 weeks, reintroduce food slowly. The same way we teach a child to eat. Difference? After I am done, my meals will be small and spread every 3h. I've done it before, and it works well.
The only thing that did not work well the last time was my schedule..university....wedding planning.... Tim Hortons...Weight gain !!! HAAA!!!

I'll be here more often...complaining about the difficulties encountered... my love for pain au chocolat that will no longer be allowed to enter this chunky body of mine.
