Urban Poling

Hi Everyone,

I went to a demo a month ago about nordic walking/ Urban Poling and fell in love with it. I have already noticed a difference in my waist as you really swing your arms and plant the poles down. I find it very rhthmic and have found that I have added a lot of speed into my walk, which helps shed the calories.

But I don't know how to enter the Nordic Walking into my exercise journal at is still a fairly new sport here in North America. If you are wondering what it looks like it is like cross country skiing with out the skiis!

Just thought I would share a new sport that I actually enjoy. And this is a rarity!
