Refined sugars?

I'm considering cutting out refined sugars. I know people on here have done it. If so would you please let me know what kind of results you've gotten? I'd like to know about both weight loss results and just in general how you've felt since cutting out refined sugars.

    I felt TERRIBLE for the first week. I felt tired and spacey... then the next week I felt AWESOME!! Lots of energy and feeling really healthy and happy with my choice. Just know it is not easy and it is better to think of it as choosing not to eat refined sugar when there is a better option available for those foods. I cut out refined sugars and anything white. I have sweet potatoes, brown rice things like that. But as I am allergic to wheat and can not have caffine or salty foods as well so cutting MORE things out of my diet is extrememly hard to begin with so maybe it was just me. Try to make it past the cravings the first week and then the thought of sweet things kinda makes you wanna puke.:)
