Easy & Delicious Glazed Salmon Recipe

I haven't measured the calories for this yet but I have to imagine it isn't that bad. It's so easy to whip together this glaze and then cook the fish.

Glazed Salmon

3 T. low-sodium soy sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. Honey
1 t. jar - type minced garlic, or fresh
4 (4 oz) skinless salmon fillets

Preheat Broiler.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Microwave on HIgh 1 minute; stirring after 30 seconds and at 1 minute.

Place fish on the broiler pan; brush (baste) fish with sugar mixture. Broil for approx. 4 minutes and then baste with sugar mixture again. Broil another 4 minutes for total cooking time of approx. 8 minutes or when fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 4 servings
