Valley fresh vegetable steamers?

I just had about half the bag of the "basil vegetable medley" for dinner, and then had the rice and vegetable one with a bit of taco seasoning in a low carb tortilla for dinner,
I REALLY liked them personally, they tasted great.
But are they actually healthy? I was curious because they are prepackaged.
could you rate how healthy they are 1-10 and explain? I hope they are healthy, i want them to be a staple in my diet, I don't generally get alot of veggies because i'm a lazy chef, I only "cook" when I have the energy. I really liked these because I just had to pop them in the microwave when I got home.

Microwaving foods somehow takes practically all the nutritional value out, and you should never microwave any kind of plastic. It leaches out all kinds of chemicals and it's incredibly bad for you. It's best to just cut up some fresh vegetables and put them in a steamer basket in a pot. It's fast and much healthier.0
