Just getting back into tracking my food, and I haven't done that great of a job today. Already over my calorie count and I didn't even eat dinner yet... smh.. but, I have a goal to drop my bodyfat down to 10% and i'm sitting at about 23.5% right now. It's tough because i like to eat but, I guess i have to make some sacrafice to obtain my goal. Just wanted to say hi to everyone and I look fwd to the motivation.
