Hi everyone! I have been tracking my calories for about three weeks, and I just discovered the website. I had been using MFP on my phone and just checked the site out tonight, its great!
The rundown:
24 years old
Height: 5'4"
SW: 118
CW: 112.4
GW: 100
I used to be quite heavy as a young teen. At 14, I think I weighed about 145, and at 16 I was 152, my heaviest. The weight gradually came off over the years without me dieting, but I don't like how I look, even though the scale shows a healthy weight. I know 100lbs seems very small, but it appears to me that to look the way that I have always wanted to, I will have to be that small. My goal is to be thin and lean, with good muscle definition. I am small now by most people's standards, but I have problems areas (outer thighs, cellulite) that clearly are not going to budge until I get my bf% as low as possible. Then maybe I won't need to wear Spanx and worry about my a** hanging out of my bathing suit and jiggling at the beach!
