3 weeks with MFP, new to the boards.

Hi! I'm Nicole. I'm really making good use of the calorie tracker. I have lost weight but it has completely slowed down. My biggest struggle is exercise. I force myself to get on my stationary bike a few times a week but it is torture for me. I need motivation to get through the pain (just regular exercise pain... Not an injury) or I would live to hear from anyone who has been successful with very low impact exercise.

I am a brand new RN, so I feel pretty educated about fitness and nutrition ( in theory) but have a hard time pushing myself. Any advice would be welcome and appreciated. I have a lot on the line here.
