Hi,
After eating all my calories consumed for the day, with exercise for 1 hour each day after I click the finished making entries for my diary as you will all know it tells you what you would weigh if you ate like that everyday in 5 weeks time,
Mine said lastnight I would weight 8stone 8pounds in 5 weeks time, and I am now 9stone 10pounds. Is that not impossible to loose that much weight if you are giving your body adequate ammount of food each day and eating back your exercise calories?
Thanks for your help with this

Hi
I had a rant about this yesterday - mine said 5 weeks ago that I would be far far lighter than I am right now, and I haven't had that many off days in the past month! So I'd definitely take it with a pinch of salt as I don't think it's really that accurate!

Even when I have had very similar days, the projected weight loss over 5 weeks varies wildly, so I don't think it's completely accurate, no. A lot of it will depend on whether you are building up muscle mass through exercise, and I doubt that the calculation takes that into account.0

People .....Just Be Consistant with Eating Clean Healthy Foods and the weight will come off. I don't bother with that number. I see it different every night when I complete my diary. It will be different depending on your workouts food ect. Dont bother with it just stay consisant and you will see results. :-)0

Thanks for your reply guys. I guess it doesnt take into consideration muscle etc:noway: . I would look ill if i was 8stone odd, I probably would never get down to that weight especially the ammount of food I eat. It is all very healthy, but I do eat alot of it!!
Good luck with your weight loss everyone0
