Just signed up after a recommendation, this place looks great.
A couple of stone to lose, have a hot date with Portugal in a few months for my 40th and would like to not freak people out by wearing a bikini.

At the moment i'm doing a fitness bootcamp and generally eating healthy less carbs more salad and protein lots of fruits and lots of water and sugar free gum. I bought 3 fitness dvds 30 day shred, burn fat boost metabolism by jillian and some other 10 mins ab work out i havent used though plus my friend gave me a davina one not used them yet even though i've had them since january booooo will try to use them soon though, however im enjoying bootcamp after 2 weeks i've lost 10lbs yay......
dunno why im rambling on but i guess just looking for some support lol
also kinda taking part in a youtube challenge but i havent done a vid just following them in spirit watching all the vids and trying to stay motivated! i saw someone from the challenge link this site today so i joined here looks a good site

I've just recently discovered Myfitnesspal and I love it! I know it's not exactly on point with how many calories burned or consumed, but I would rather have an approximate than nothing at all. I can only imagine how many calories I was consuming in the past while telling myself "I don't eat that much." I love this app!0
