idk- i haven't tried it yet, but it sounded really good and the chefs from last nights episode seem to really enjoy it- the team who made this shake won the challenge.

Almond milk is very good. When my daughter was born with a milk allergy and I was nursing I had to replace all of my dairy and I used almond milk and loved it. I even got my friend's husband to drink it in place of regular milk.
