Has anyone read the Best Life Diet by Bob Greene or tried the diet? I am wondering how good/bad it is and if its easy to follow.

    I bought the book after seeing him on Ellen and Oprah so much, there are some helpful tips in the book, but the diet for me that he offers is just not convenient (I am also a very picky eater too lol) One thing about the book I didn't care for is that he is always plugging about his website, the website is like 20 bucks a month or so. I personally think he's more in it to make the money and doesn't genuinely care about helping people. The diet basically consists of three phases. Personally I believe I wasted my money on this book, it's sitting collecting dust since I bought it and I never even tried the diet!!
