Would you go on the treadmill or do the 30 day shred, on level 2? Which would be more calories burned? Thanks.

depends on the intensity of your treadmill workout...maybe split it and do both?0

40 mins = Level 2 shred AND a run on the treadmill!0

I do a 40 minute workout most days -- 15 minutes on the bike (so your treadmill) and then do a shred workout - so spilt it!0
