I have only done Zumba one day and no gym since the first week of march because i was sick last week and didnt have the energy, N i cant find the time this week so far with all my mother and wife duties going on, I just want some insight as to what you all do and what works best I have a lot to lose and i want to keep my weight loss going!!

I think you're selling your success short!! 19 lbs in 1.5 months is stellar to say the least. Keep doing what you're doing and enjoy the journey - remember this is a way of life0

19 lbs is great. I have been doing this for about a month and a half to and I have only lost 8 lbs. I have lots of weight to lose and I walk to miles every day and have only had 1 slip up day. So don't be discouraged I would love to have lost 19 lbs. Keep up the good work.0

My advice? Keep it up! Don't do any drastic changes make sure your getting enough calories and make small adjustments in your eating habits over time.0

it is better to lose slowly and not lose muscle than to lose so fast that you eat your muscles0

19 pounds in a month is a great success! Don't sell yourself short. You are doing awesome.
Clean eating, as far as I understand, just means staying away from processed, packages, and fake foods, and chemicals and stuff like that. I try to do that as best I can, but it's near impossible, in my opinion, to do it 100% of the time.
Just do you best, and be proud of yourself -- it's all anyone can ever ask. To specifically address your question of "what you all do and what works best" -- Eating right and exercising is the way to go.0 -
I would be THRILLED with a 19 pound loss! Give yourself credit where credit is due, you are doing awesome. It took me a few failed starts on a few "diets" to finally realize that slow and steady weight loss really is the only way to make the loss stick.
You are doing great, keep it up!!0 -

I would say 19 pounds in 6 weeks is a great start. I have only lost 23 pounds in 4.5 months however I think I started at a lower point and it is easier to lose when you have more to lose. I will say my weight loss sped up once I started eating "clean" I did buy the book Eat Clean Diet REcharged by Tosca Reno and I have another UltraMetabolism by Dr. Mark Hyman that I use as a reference. I have not followed either of these books to a T but they give me a lot of ideas of what to eat.
Basically you want to avoid anything packaged - including Lean Cuisines etc (although occasionally they do have their place), eat plenty of lean protein, fiber, vegetables and some fruit. Also include nuts. They are high calorie but have a lot of benefits. I regularly eat almonds and walnuts. My diary is open if you want to look. If you can handle the feedback you might want to make yours open too.
Good luck in your continued journey!0
