Tempted

I'm so tempted and not by what some may think, it's not food, it's actually the opposite. I have lost and gained weight (60 - 80lbs) at lest a half a dozen times in the last 5 years, when I focus on it nothing can stop me!
My problem right now is I KNOW how to lose weight fast but I also know that it’s never been a long term solution for me and that by losing slowly and taking my time I have a much better shot of keeping it off this time.
BUT My wedding is in 4 and a half months and part of me thinks I'm crazy for not just losing as much as I can as quick as I can before the big day! When I think about going to try on a wedding dress or all the photo's that are going to be taken it's really hard to keep doing this the "right" way when I could be doing this the QUICK way!

You'll look beautiful on your wedding day, and by opting for a healthy weight lost that you can maintain, you'll be able to fit in your wedding dress on your first anniversary, and your 10th... and your 25th...
Stick with it!0 -
I can absolutely relate to you! I know how to lose weight quick and UNHEALTHY! Basically, starving myself! Just remind yourself of why that's not the right way.....gaining it back, feeling deprived, obsessing over it, etc. It's much, much better to lose it and keep it off for good as opposed to losing it quick and then having to lose it quick all over again when you gain it back! Good luck!!0

Thanks for the support, I'm just such an all or nothing sort of person that to do this without going all out is REALLY hard for me!0
