I'm not sure if it does, not for me anyway.
I have to go to the bathroom with each glass of water i drink or at least thats how it feels.
But it is supposed to be good for me so i just keep on a drinking.

im glad its not just me.
i was hopeful that my bladder would adjust to the new amount, the same way your stomach streches to fit more in!
