gym classes

Well hello!
I am new to this forum so I thought that I might add my two cents to the board. I am not gonna lie, the gym was rough this morning, I had the energy but my muscles felt like lead and I think that the instructor enjoys torturing me but alas....I WENT! I have to say that I am not a size two however, when the skinny girl in the class had to stop half way because she couldn't keep up...well....that inspired me more than anything. I will not say that my extra weight is healthy by any means and I will never say that "big boned" is healthy but I will say that in fitness, finishing and doing it well does matter over anything else. Although I grit my teeth through an hour of jumping, punching, kicking, and numerous weight drills, I know that it is worth it. I smile at the end of every class, knowing that tomorrow, I might just be stronger than I am today.

    Lovely ! the only thing that doesn't make me talk myself out of going to the gym is reminding myself how amazing i feel AFTER a good work out !
