time to reasses

time to reasses what i'm doing. i've been working my body pretty hard doing various things. i even started putting some jogging in there which i NEVER do! lol. but the weight hasn't come off in a month. i'm staying at or under calorie and drinking adequate water (which is hard for me). now i'm going to focus harder on the quality of what i am eating, not just staying under calorie. i changed up my cereal to kashi. i was eating bran flakes which i thought was good, but it has sugar as 3rd ingredient! i was surprised at that since it's not a sugary cereal. so that's just one thing i'm changing...
if anyone else has suggestions as good "go to" foods that work for them i would love to hear! :)
