*Help, I'm hungry*

I have been hungry for the last week or two now like all day long, I'll eat and then 20min later I'm hungry again I eat lunches sometimes with 30g of protein and am always over on fiber and protein at the end of the day. I've experimented with foods that are high in RS, protein (obviously) and I've upped my calories to no avail.

I understand my metabolism has sped up, but what the heck, I'm always hungry and it's distracting. In fact, I don't remember the last time I felt "full" I just eat until I'm no longer hungry and that's not because I starve myself, cause I'm far from starving myself. I eat healthy vegetables, fruits, lean meats lot's of fish, 1500-1600cal's a day no liquid calories and 80-100oz of water per day and I dropped the soda habit a week and a half ago.

So today I ate a larger then normal breakfast 483cal's to be exact and it was very high in protein. Normally my breakfast's are 200-300cal's and average in protein 10-15g, guess I'll see how it works but even with as large of a breakfast as it was I still don't feel full, just not hungry anymore. So if this doesn't work, I'm all out of things to try. Does anyone else have this problem or have had this problem? How did you fix it? Is this just what happens when you lose weight? Cause this is not fun! Any suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated??!! :flowerforyou:

I would try eating more protein and steer clear from a lot of carbs right now, try that and see if that doesn't help, maybe somewhere along the lines of the Atkin's Diet. Eating protein keeps you feeling full verses eating carbs. Try it for a few days and I'll bet you'll notice a difference. Is it around your time of month? I know for me I usually feel like the bottomless pit about a week prior and it sucks! When I go low-carb, it really does keep me feeling much fuller when I get in the hungry mode and it's pretty easy to do. Good luck!

Try to eat larger volumes of food with lots of tea and low cal soups. Your body might need more carbohydrates.

Looking back in my food history I take in 80-130carbs a day and my goals are 206....more depending on my working out. For instance yesterday my carb goal was up to 280 with working out, and I only got to 83. Not trying to do so. ANy suggestions on how to up my carbs?
