Hi there....that's great! I think I lost 4 lbs my first week which they say at the beginning it is mostly water weight but I seriously doubt you will lose 5 lbs very often. Now I'm averaging between 1-2 lbs a week which is healthy weight loss. It's a slow process but slow and steady is the way to keep it off. Hats off to you and good luck in your weight loss journey:)0
