I'm looking for some exercises that would reduce weight in the thigh and stomach areas.
Does anyone here have some ideas?

Thanks in advance!

when you say reduce some weight, are you refering to remove fat? There's no way to spot remove fat, the only way to remove fat is to create a reasonable deficit, eat healthy, and exercise. Well, that and liposuction, but that's a whole different topic.

Kettlebells. You can get them for cheap at walmart, and mine even came with a workout DVD. It is a great work out that will work your whole body. You burn a lot of calories too!

I have the same issue. Cardio, cardio, cardio. I have also been doing squats and lunges, oh and Taebo. I have lost 3 inches in the thighs in 8 weeks. Not too bad.

I am anxious to see others answer.

Running will most definitely best, it will work your whoe body and combined with a healthy diet you'll lose weight all over. Running is so great for your stomach, afterwards do some sit ups to start that six pack going :)

My problem area is my stomach. After 3 c-sections I have a lot of work to do. In the past 2 weeks I've noticed a difference. I've cut out soda and added extra cardio. I like the stair climber and using a treadmill with the incline as high as it will go.

You can't spot reduce fat, so lots of cardio exercise is what you need to get it shifted from your problem areas. The 30 day shred is a great dvd to start off with.

I'm down 70+ lbs and that is why i am having such a problem. I guess I need to tighten and tone these areas the weight is coming off so I'm good with that!!
