When boredom strikes...

What do you do when you are on an diet (or trying to eat healthy) but cannot stop thinking abt food or wait for the next meal? It is especially hard for me because I am a stay at home mom. How do you distract yourself ? Boredom and tiredness make me reach for the snack cupboard and that's how I usually fall off the wagon. Any ideas?

    Hot tea works great for me when I want to snack...it keeps my mouth busy and since it's so hot...it lasts long enough to let the cravings subside...my tea is flavored so I don't add anything to it. A mug or two always gets me through those moments! Good luck!!!!
