Ok so i've been losing about 1.5lb a week. My BMR is 1,595 calories, yet my daily goal is 1330 to lose 2lb a week, i'm also walking loads running once a week and play netball twice (sometimes three times for an hour), a week. Getting a bit worried i'm not eating enough calories??

    My BMR is 1248 so I set my goal for 1250 a day. With exercise I eat around 1880 - 2000 a day and my net ends back at 1250. My weight went from 120-121 last week to 117.8 this week.
