I've been using the search for topics and everyone seems to be good at giving information, I would normally have the answers from past information, but this is a must need to write about since I'm looking to purchases my IMPORTANT items soon I want the best of the best!!!
1.I was wondering what food scale do you use. Its only me so a scale could be reasonable and affordable.
2.Do you use a HRM, if so what kind? So far the Polar FT4 is becoming an option for me.
