Eating late at night

I just recently started waitressing again and it's causing me to eat really late at night. Will eating at 10 or 11 at night affect my weight badly? Will it make me gain weight? I just don't know how else to manage eating .....advice?

    Someone asked something like this before and as far as i can remember if ur still under ur cals allowance it does not matter....:wink:

    I was told as long as u are staying under you will be good. I work retail hours and get out later on some days then others and its been ok for me!!! Good luck!!
