i went over my calorie limit! by like 200 calories...should i exercise to make up for it? or will one day not kill me?

    If you feel like it you can go for a small run, or a walk, or even better go for a swim... Who knows you may even burn up enough calories to squeeze in a little snack tonight. But dont worry, one day will NOT hurt you as long as you get back into the swing of things! GoodLuck:wink:

    i went over 27.. i excersised.. but because i dont feel like the work out was what i wanted.. im waiting for the rain to stop to go for my brisk walk.. run... but one day isnt gonna hurt..shoot.. go walk up down the steps a few times..

    If you feel like it go for a walk or run but 200 cal. isn't to bad.
