6 Day Mini Makeover Michael Thurmond

Ok, I snatched my Mom's 6 Week Makeover because I know it works. It consists of eating small meals every 2-3 hours that help your body lose weight. It comes with a 6 Day Mini Makeover in which you are supposed to lose a pant size in 6 Days. I know that this program works because I did it in high school. Tonight I am going to the grocery to buy things to start it tomorrow. I know a lot of people are skeptical about this program because they think once you go off of it you gain all your weight back. I am doing it to readjust my metabolism and give myself a little boost. It is very difficult when you are a busy person but I did it before and I can do it again. The first time I did this I lost 13 lbs the first two weeks and yes I lost 30 lbs in 6 Weeks. I haven't decided whether I want to go through with the whole 6 weeks yet. But I will check in after a couple of days and update my progress.

Well when you first get it you have to take a survey with questions about your body to find out what body type you are. I am body type B so I have to stay away from red meats and milk which causes my body to bulk up even more since I have a pretty muscular body underneath all this fat. Its pretty much an eating clean thing with no processed foods but it tells you which foods to mix within each meal at certain times of the day. Example My breakfast includes:
3 Egg Whites and 1/2 cup of berries.
The 6 DAY makeover is very strict only limiting you to a few different things every day but that is why it produces such fast results within just 6 Days.0 -

I changed my mind...Im loving the food that I am eating right now I feel like I will get burnt out if I do this strict diet. Losing 2 lbs a week is fine with me. How do you remove posts?0
