So for those of you who have done a considerable workout who's getting the buzz a couple of hours later and FEELING GREAT??

It's probably THE MOST IMPORTANT factor in staying motivated.

Have you got the buzz yet? No? Then it's easy to get - just commit to a hard workout, stop eating crap around that workout, have heaps of water and the buzz will come!

So many people have posted how great they feel after a good workout - and it's like a drug - they want more and more of it. Not surprisingly, the weight moves and they arent even thinking about that anymore

The natural high, you bet. I had been told that once you get in a rhythm of working out it becomes something you WANT to do , not HAVE to do. They were right, I normally take weekends off from the gym, but I found myself pacing the house like a caged tiger last Sunday. So I went to the gym! I felt SO much better after a good workout. I guess if you are going to get hooked on something the gym is a good one.

I get it! I do a lot of hiking, and after 6+ miles I want to run! Fed up with hurting my feet running in hiking boots so have some fell-running boots on order through e-bay! A day without gym/walking is like a day without sunshine...

I get it about an hour later, have to relax after the workout first. My mood now after my workout today is like night and day from what it was before. When I skip a day, I feel like withdraws almost. Tho it's hard to get back at it if I skip, but my mind definitely wants too, and longs to feel that great feeling that comes after working out.

Also last year while I was in school, I got back to drinking caffeine when I needed to work on a big paper or something, but I eventually found that having a work out a half hour before working on my paper, left me with more motivation and focus than I could get from anything else.

This is exactly what it feels like on days I don't work out!
