Hey guys,
I have been logging onto calorie counter for two weeks now so I am not completely new but I guess we can call it that. I am looking to loose 10-15 pounds. I weight 135 as of now, I lose 30 lbs. over the past few years just watching what I ate but with the summer approaching, I would love to have a bathing suit body, something I have never had. I was wondering what I should eat for caloric intake, I am 135 and 5'2 age 20. I am working on 1200 right now and exercising but is this enough? Is 1200 a good number? Also, what kind of exercises would you recommend. I would love to meet some new people on here!
