Hey everyone...I just introduce my cousin to MFP!! She is ready to start her weightloss and would love any encouragement and support she can get.
I joined a month ago and lost a total of 17lbs since....I have met alot of great people and love the support I have gotten. Please send her a request to help cheer her on.
