TJ's frozen Artichoke Hearts - got any ideas?

I have a bag of frozen Trader Joe's artichoke hearts. I was thinking of having them with my salmon tonight. Does anyone have any creative ideas on how to serve them? I don't want to just boil/ nuke them in the microwave....can I roast them straight from the bag with herbs or will they be mushy?

    season them a bit and throw them into your rice, diced of course...
