How to exercise by your age decade

I'm just throwing this out there for general information. Take it for what it is worth. I found it in my in box from Oprah. I thought it was a good reference point, especially if you aren't a spring chicken any more. The last thing I want to do is get hurt!

    It made me feel better to know that in my 50's I don't have to work as hard or lift as heavy. I guess I just have to be grateful that I can follow the plan I set out for myself. I was right on track and didn't even know it! All I know is I didn't want to take up running!!!! = D
