New to strength training and have a question...

I just bought Golds Gym resistance bands and did the 30 min video that came with it, I must say its harder than any other workout I've done. Im not sure how to log it though, do I really need to choose each exercise and log it seperately? I don't even know what they are all called! Help please =)

    I would pick general strength training, or circuit training, put in the time, and if you know the calories, use those or what's already there.
